Tomcat adalah restauran yang terletak di
jalan Soekarno Hatta Malang. Lokasinya tepat berada di depan rumah sakit
Brawijaya. Mie Tomcat bukan berarti makanan yang disediakan disini
adalah mie yang diberi isian serangga tomcat. Haha. Sesuai namanya, menu makanan yang disediakan di restauran ini di dominasi oleh mie. Mie Tomcat juga menyediakan beberapa tingkat kepedasan yang dapat disesuaikan dengan keinginan pengunjung. Mulai dari tingkat kepedasan PAUD hingga PROFESIONAL. Unik ya? Sebelumnya Jalan Sambil Jajan sudah mencicipi Mieapah. Sekarang Jalan Sambil Jajan akan mencicipi menu yang lain yaitu Mie Shuwi.
Mie Tomcat (english mie = noodles) is a restaurant located at Soekarno Hatta road Malang. Its location right in front of the hospital Brawijaya. Tomcat does not mean noodles food provided here is fed noodles stuffing insects tomcat. Haha. As the name implies, the menu of the food provided at the restaurant is dominated by noodles. Noodle Tomcat also provides some leve; of spiciness can be adjusted to the wishes of visitors. Starting from Early Childhood up to the level of spiciness PROFESSIONAL. Unique huh? While previous Street Snack already tasted Mieapah. Now Jalan Sambil Jajan will taste another menu that is Mie Shuwi.

Shuwi? "Shuwi" mirip dengan bahasa jawa "suwi". "Suwi" artinya "lama". Apa penyajian Mie Shuwi ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama? Ternyata tidak juga. Cukup cepat malah. Haha. Makanan ini terdiri dari mie, sayuran, dan telur. Jika dibandingkan dengan Mieapah, makanan ini tidak mengandung banyak sayuran. Bagaimana dengan rasanya? Rasa kuah Mie Shuwi asin dan gurih. Mie kenyal. Enak. Tidak kalah enak dengan Mieapah. Patut dicoba. Haha.
Shuwi? "Shuwi" language similar to Java "suwi". "Suwi" means "long time". What this presentation Shuwi noodles take a long time? Apparently not well. Even fast enough. Haha. Food consisted of noodles, vegetables, and eggs. When compared with Mieapah, these foods do not contain a lot of vegetables. What about the taste? Shuwi Noodle soup taste salty and savory.
