Masih dari kota Yogyakarta. Sebelum Gunung Kelud meletus. Tepatnya dari daerah Imogiri. Kali ini saya mampir ke sebuah rumah makan yang cukup terkenal di Yogyakarta. Sate Pak Pong. Sesuai dengan namanya, rumah makan ini menyediakan makanan yang bernama sate. Ada beberapa jenis sate yang tersedia di rumah makan ini. Salah satunya adalah Sate Klathak.

Sate Klathak adalah variasi dari sate kambing. Sate ini berbeda dengan sate kambing biasanya. Kenapa? Karena biasanya potongan daging pada sate kambing ditusuk dengan batang bambu. Sedangkan potongan daging pada Sate Klathak ditusuk dengan jeruji besi. Hah? Aman? Aman. Tapi jeruji besi jangan di gigit. Keras. Haha. Sate Klathak juga disajikan bersama kuah gulai. Unik ya? Bagaimana dengan rasanya? Daging kambing empuk. Rasanya asin dan gurih. Lebih enak jika dimakan bersama kuah gulai. Enak sekali. Anda wajib mencobanya jika berkunjung ke kota Yogyakarta.
Sate klathak is a variation of goat satay. This satay is different from the usual satay. Why? Because usually goat meat pieces in ordinary use bamboo skewer.
