| Nasi Ayam Madu Rempah Asia |
Masih dari Kota Yogyakarta. Kali ini saya jalan-jalan ke daerah Jakal alias Jalan Kaliurang. Saya sempat bingung mau mencoba makanan apa karena banyak tempat makan di sekitar jalan ini. Akhirnya pilihan saya jatuh kepada warung yang menyediakan masakan Malaysia yang bernama warung Rempah Asia. Begitu saya mendapatkan tempat duduk saya langsung disuguhkan berbagai macam menu makanan yang baru menurut saya. Setelah lama memilih saya pun memesan sebuah makanan yang bernama Nasi Ayam Madu. Apa itu Nasi Ayam Madu? Ayam goreng dibumbu khusus dengan nasi lemak, sup ayam, sambal, dan kecap berbumbu. Saya bingung madunya ada dimana. Mungkin di ayam gorengnya kali ya. Haha. Nasi lemak itu apa? Bingung juga jelasinnya. Gampangnya sih nasi ini mirip nasi uduknya Indonesia lah. Gurih-gurih gitu. Kalau di makan ayamnya saja sih rasanya biasa-biasa aja. Tapi kalau ayam ini di rendam di dalam kecap berbumbu, diolesi sambal, lalu dimakan bersama nasi lemak ternyata rasanya sangat enak. Sensasi rasanya unik dan membuat saya ketagihan. Manis, asin, dan pedasnya bercampur dengan pas. Mantap lah. Sup nya? Ya diminum aja. Haha.

After a long time I was choosing a food called Honey Chicken rice. What is a Honey Chicken Rice ? Fried chicken special with lemak rice, chicken soup , chili , and soy sauce marinated. Perhaps at times yes fried chicken . Haha . Nasi lemak was what that? Simply heck is similar rice Indonesian rice lah . But it savory . If you eat chicken chicken is soaked in spiced soy sauce , spread with sauce and eaten with rice turns fat tastes very good . Unique taste sensation and got me hooked . Sweet , salty , and spicy mixed with the fitting .
