Anda suka sate? Tapi bosan dengan sate kambing atau sate ayam? Mungkin anda bisa mencoba sate yang satu ini. Beberapa hari yang lalu saya berhenti di sebuah warung yang terletak di jalan Ondomohen Surabaya. Warung ini bernama Sate Klopo Ondomohen Pojok Malam. Dulu warung ini terletak di pojok jalan Ondomohen di malam hari sehingga warung ini bernama Sate Klopo Ondomohen Pojok Malam. Warung ini menyediakan beberapa jenis sate. Sebelumnya saya pernah mencoba Sate Klopo disini. Sekarang saya akan mencoba jenis sate lainnya. Apa itu? Sate Usus.

Warung Sate Klopo named Ondomohen Pojok Malam. The first shop is located at the corner Ondomohen at night so this shop named Sate Klopo Ondomohen Corner Night. These stalls provide some kind of satay. Previously I had tried the Sate Klopo or Meat Satay with grated coconut here. Now I will try other types of satay. What is it? Sate Usus or Cow Intestine Satay.

Apa itu Sate Usus? Seperti namanya, Sate Usus terdiri dari potongan usus sapi yang diberi bumbu lalu dibakar di atas arang panas. Tekstur usus tidak terlalu keras. Bagaimana dengan rasanya? Bumbu sate sangat meresap. Apalagi setelah dibakar. Rasa sate akan semakin enak setelah diberi bumbu kecap. Enak. Bisa anda coba sendiri. Haha.

What's Cow Intestine Satay? As the name suggests, Sate Usus or cow intestine satay consists of chunks seasoned cow intestines and grilled on hot coals. The intestine texture is not too hard.
