Lanjut lagi nih. Masih dari Bontang Kalimantan Timur. Kali ini saya main-main ke Kompleks Pujasera Koperasi Karyawan PKT Bontang. Iseng muter-muter sampai nemu menu yang bikin perut saya bergejolak berteriak minta di isi (halah). Oke saya pesan Ayam Bacem Goreng. Ayam ini direbus atau dikukus menggunakan bumbu manis gitu. Terus abis itu digoreng deh. Ternyata setelah digoreng ayamnya dipukul-pukul. Mungkin biar empuk kali ya. Setelah itu dihidangkan deh di meja saya. Saya pikir menu ini cuma sebatas nasi, ayam goreng, lalapan, dan sambal aja. Ternyata dapat tempe goreng, terong goreng, dan sup juga. Wah mantep. Sup-nya lumayan lah rasanya. Yang mantep ya ayam bacem goreng-nya. Dagingnya empuk banget. Rasanya manis-manis gimana gitu. Terus kalau di cocolin sambal jadi tambah wuenak. Haha. O iya ternyata nasinya bukan nasi putih biasa. Nasi uduk bro. Jadi tambah nikmat makannya, Ngiler gak? Haha.

Chicken is boiled or steamed using so sweet spice. Continue after that fried deh. Apparently after fried chicken pounded. Maybe let padded times yes. After it was served at my table deh. I think the menu is only limited to rice, fried chicken, vegetables, and sauce wrote. Can Turns fried tempeh, fried eggplant, and soups as well. Well mantep. His soup was passable taste. Which mantep yes its fried chicken bacem. The meat is very tender. Sweet taste how so. Then if it pour with chili sauce it will be great taste. Haha. O yes turns ordinary rice instead of white rice. Uduk rice. So eating more enjoyable, do not drool? Haha.

Satu porsi Ayam Bacem Goreng ini dihargai Rp 22.000,-. What? Harga segitu buat seporsi ayam? Ingat ini di Bontang loh. Harga segitu sih masih wajar disini. Apalagi tambahannya banyak loh. Tempe goreng, terong goreng, sup, dan nasinya juga nasi uduk. Sebanding lah menurut saya. Berani mencoba? Datang aja ke warung Cak Kris di Kompleks Pujasera Koperasi Karyawan PKT Bontang Kalimantan Timur. Selamat makan. ^^
