Sahur makan bistik ayam? Bisa-bisa aja tuh. Haha. Awalnya tadi mau sahur mie instan. Tapi panci yang biasa dipake buat masak belum dicuci. Jadi malas mau masak. Ya udah iseng aja nyari makan keluar kos. Sayangnya karena bukan bulan puasa jadi agak susah mau nyari makan buat sahur. Iseng-iseng ke kompleks PKL Kebon Bibit dan ngelihat ada warung buka. Akhirnya beli disitu deh. Iseng-iseng pilih menu bistik ayam. Saya sih kurang tahu bistik ayam yang benar-benar bistik ayam itu kayak gimana. Yang jelas bistik ayam yang saya pesan ini mirip koloke. Tahu koloke kan? Itu loh ayam yang digoreng pakai tepung terus disiram sama saos. Bistik yang saya makan ini persis banget sama koloke. Cuma bedanya ada tambahan kentang gorengnya gitu. Keseluruhan sih enak. Tapi kentangnya sedikit jadi kurang kenyang. Jadi kalau takut gak kenyang lebih baik pesan nasi putih juga ya. Haha.

Satu porsi bisa ditebus dengan harga Rp 15.000,-. Tambah teh hangat Rp 2.000,- jadi total Rp 17.000,-. Sekedar saran nih. Karena proses masaknya lama lebih baik pesan teh hangat jumbo seharga Rp 3.000,- biar minumnya lebih awet. Kan biasa tuh kalau proses masaknya lama biasanya minumannya udah habis duluan. Buat nahan laper. Makanya pesan yang jumbo aja sekalian. Beda Rp 1.000,- aja tuh. Haha. Penasaran ingin mencoba? Datang aja ke Depot Mie 88 kompleks PKL Kebon Bibit atau PKL Ruko Manyar Indah Bratang Surabaya Jawa Timur. Biasanya sih buka sehabis magrib sampai pukul 02.00 WIB. Kalau bulan puasa bisa buka sampai pukul 03.00 WIB. Selamat makan. ^^
