Mampir lagi nih di warung Bang Pitung di Suko Semolo Surabaya. Kali ini saya nyobain Iga Bakar Madu. Porsi iganya lumayan banyak. Udah gitu dagingnya empuk banget. Apalagi kalau makan bagian lemaknya. Lumer-lumer gitu di mulut. Enak banget pokoknya. Gurih dan manisnya kerasa. Namanya juga Iga Bakar Madu, pasti ada rasa manisnya. Haha. Kalau yang suka pedas ya tinggal cocolin aja dagingnya ke sambal yang disediain. Sambalnya pedas banget. Sampai bikin saya keringetan gara-gara kepedasan. Tapi saya sih lebih suka kalau gak dicocolin sambal karena rasa daging dan bumbunya lebih berasa. Pokoknya mantap surantap lah. Ngiler ya? Haha.

So melt in the mouth. Awful anyway. Savory and sweet is fixed. His name is also Iga Bakar Madu, there must be a sense of sweetness. Lol. Really spicy sauces. Until make me sweat because of spiciness. But I still prefer it if not pour chili sauce because the taste of meat and marinade more taste. Lol.

Satu porsi terdiri dari iga bakar, nasi putih, lalapan, dan sambal bisa ditebus dengan Rp 25.000,-. Lumayan menguras dompet sih. Tapi sebanding deh dengan rasa dan porsinya. Kalau di tempat lain belum tentu bisa dapat satu porsi iga bakar lengkap dengan harga segitu. Tinggal tambah minum teh hangat Rp 2.000,- jadi totalnya Rp 27.000,-. Haha. Ingin mencoba?
