Kali ini saya jalan-jalan ke Tunjungan Plaza di kota Surabaya. Karena foodcourt sangat ramai jadi saya mencari konter yang pengunjungnya tidak terlalu banyak. Akhirnya pilihan saya jatuh pada sebuah konter makanan yang ada di tengah foodcourt. Raffel's. Konter ini menawarkan berbagai macam makanan barat seperti burger, kentang goreng, ayam goreng, dan lain sebagainya. Tapi kali ini saya tidak memesan makanan berat. Saya hanya memesan cemilan. Buffalo Wings Raffel's. Apa itu Buffalo Wings? 5 potong sayap ayam yang digoreng dengan sedikit tepung lalu diberi saus khas Raffel's. Rasanya unik menurut saya. Manis dan asam. Seandainya diberi rasa pedas pasti lebih enak.
