Mie Ramen. Sebelumnya saya pernah membahas Seafood Ramen Shippuden, Tokyo Ramen Sushimurah, Tokushima Ramen Sushimurah, Aburamen Seafood Sushimurah, dan Chicken Ramen Shippuden. Kali ini saya membahas Shoyu Ramen dari warung Taberu Ramen yang berlokasi di Ngagel Jaya Selatan Surabaya. Ini lah mie ramen yang paling mirip dengan mie ramen yang pernah saya lihat di film-film jepang. Seporsi Shoyu Ramen ini terdiri dari mie, kuah kaldu yang sudah dicampur shoyu atau kecap asin, sayur, nori atau rumput laut panggang, irisan daging ayam, telur rebus, wijen, dan narutomaki. Apa itu narutomaki? Narutomaki adalah sejenis bakso ikan yang dibentuk sedemikian rupa. Bentuknya unik loh. Bahkan narutomaki inilah yang konon katanya menjadi inspirasi dari nama komik Naruto. Rasanya bagaimana? Mienya banyak. Kuah kaldu yang dicampur shoyu nya juga enak. Bercampur pas dengan mie dan isian lainnya. Mantap deh. Pas di perut saya yang kelaparan. Jadi ingin mencoba lagi. Haha.

This time I discuss Shoyu Ramen from Ramen shop taberu Ngagel located in South Jakarta, Surabaya. It was the most ramen noodles similar to ramen noodles I've ever seen in Japanese films. A plate of Shoyu Ramen consists of noodles, broth that is mixed shoyu or soy sauce, vegetable, roasted nori or seaweed, sliced chicken, boiled egg, sesame, and narutomaki. What it narutomaki? Narutomaki is a kind of fish balls are formed in such a way. Unique shape tablets. Even narutomaki who supposedly said this is an inspiration from the name of Naruto comic. How it feels? Many noodles. Mixed with shoyu broth is also delicious. Fitting mixed with noodles and other fields. Steady deh. Fitting in my stomach hunger. So want to try again. Haha.
