Suka ikan laut? Mungkin bisa cobain menu yang satu ini. Ceritanya saya ketemuan dengan teman-teman kuliah saya yang sudah pada kerja. Saya sendiri yang masih nganggur. Hiks. Salah satu teman saya ini mengajak kami makan di sebuah restauran yang ada lantai 2 di Royal Plaza. D Cost. Restauran ini menyediakan berbagai macam menu seafood loh. Mulai yang digoreng, direbus, dan dibakar. Sebenarnya saya dan teman-teman memesan banyak menu. Tapi kali ini saya akan membahas satu menu saja. Sisanya akan saya bahas di postingan selanjutnya. Haha. Kali ini yang saya pesan adalah Ikan Kerapu Bakar Kecap. Bahas ikan kerapu lagi? Gak bosan? Kagak. Ikannya enak sih. Nah yang saya pesan ini adalah ikan kerapu yang dibakar dengan bumbu kecap. Rasanya enak. Bumbunya meresap sampai dagingnya. Cuma sayangnya ikannya digoreng dulu lalu dibakar sehingga tekstur dagingnya lebih keras dari ikan bakar umumnya. Tapi rasanya tetap enak kok. Apalagi jika ditambah sambal mangga dan sambal terasi. Wah tambah mantap. Cobain aja sendiri.

One of my friends will invite us to eat at a restaurant that is on the 2nd floor of the Royal Plaza . D Cost . This restaurant provides a wide range of seafood loh menu . Start fried , boiled , and burned . Actually me and my friends ordered a lot of menus . But this time I will discuss only one menu . The rest I will discuss in the next post . Haha . This time the message was that I Grouper Grill Ketchup . Discuss grouper again ? Not bored ? No . Tasty fish anyway . Well this is the message that I baked grouper with soy sauce seasoning . It feels good . Marinade penetrate the meat . Just unfortunately the fish is fried first and then burned so that the texture of the meat is harder than grilled fish generally . But it's still nice anyway . Especially when coupled mango sauce and chili paste . Gee added steadily . You can try it.

Seporsi Ikan Kerapu Bakar Kecap ukuran besar ini dihargai Rp 53.000,-. Wow mahal juga ya? Tapi sebanding menurut saya. Ikannya ada dua ekor. Ukurannya juga tidak kecil. Cukup untuk tiga orang. Tambah nasi putih Rp 2.000,- dan teh tawar Rp 1.000,- jadi total untuk menikmati kuliner ini Rp 56.000,-. Itu kalau sendirian. Kalau rame-rame seperti saya ya hitungannya pasti lebih murah dari itu. Percaya deh. Haha. Tertarik mencoba? Langsung datang saja ke restauran Dcost di lantai 2 Royal Plaza Surabaya. Selamat mencoba. ^^
A plate Grouper Grill Ketchup size is priced at IDR 53,000, -. Wow expensive too huh? But comparable in my opinion. There are two fish tails. The size is not too small. Enough for three people. Add white rice IDR 2,000 - and unsweetened tea IDR 1.000, - so in total to enjoy this culinary IDR 56.000, -. That is if alone. If-do ya like my prediction is definitely cheaper than that. Trust me.
